Doing Exterior Repairs/Updates to Your Home?

If you're planning to update an exterior component of your home:

1. Start by logging into the Ardent Residential portal. 

2. Click on "ARC Requests", provide complete details of the work to be done. 

3. Attach necessary documentation and submit the "ARC Requests" form.

Examples of things you would need an ACC/ARC Committee approval to modify include (but are not limited to):

• Drafted Design & Square Footage of Room Additions
• Paint Color of Exterior Face of the Building, Trim & Shutters
• Change of Garage Doors
• Pool (In Ground Only)
• Outdoor Permanent Sheds and Storage Units
• Front Steps and Porch
• Mailbox
• Fence Demission's and Design & Property Line Survey
• Roofing Composition and Color

Please allow 7 days for the ACC/ARC committee to provide you with a response to your request. Response time is usually closer to 5 days but 7 is the worst case scenario. 

That said. please refrain from scheduling your contractors until you have the proper approvals in hand.
